Now if ur going for a wind effect for the hair, most of the hair needs to be down by her legs with a few strands that come off. Her body just isn't human enough, try to play around with muscle structure(mostly with her upper body). The head seems fine, the hair is the thing u should work the most on. Good luck with ur art!
